Deliveries

For orders received before 3pm will be be delivered within 2 working days when delivered by ourselves.

For deliveries outside of M25, please allow 3 working days for delivery. An agreed delivery date is not a guarantee for delivery.

We do not accept liability for any loss incurred for late deliveries due to environmental factors & matters out of our control.

Returns

We do not operate a sale or return policy and therefore goods cannot be returned without prior approval from our offices

Product returns will only be accepted when in its original packaging and where the packaging has not been damaged or altered from its original.

Shortages

All shortages, errors and damages in goods delivered must be notified to our offices within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Any delay in notification falling outside of the 48 hour period will void any claim or rights to return goods.

Carriage Charges

U.K MAINLAND

Minimum order value for carriage paid orders is £99.00 (Excl. V.A.T). Orders with value below £99.00 will automatically be charged carriage at £8.95 (Inc. V.A.T).
