MODERN SLAVERY ACT (2020)

Krobahn Ltd is dedicated to ensuring that it trades ethically and is opposed to any form of unethical business, including modern slavery.

Modern slavery & human trafficking is a violation of fundamental human rights, such practices are wholly unacceptable to us, both within our company and throughout our supply chain. Whilst it is difficult to guarantee that the entire supply chain is slavery free, as a responsible company we work closely with all suppliers to ensure we identify & mitigate the risk of unethical practices, conducting annual reviews.

Our company takes the responsibility of ethical business seriously, having established an Ethical Code of Standards policy that all suppliers must adhere to. To promote ethical business internationally, we will in the first instance work with any suppliers breaching our Ethical Code of Standards policy to carry out remedial work for adherence but failure to comply or engage will lead to unequivocal termination of business relationships. Our Whistleblowing policy enables employees to raise concerns of unethical practices in confidence and without fear of discrimination.

The requirement for organisations to comply with the Modern Slavery Act is set at a total turnover threshold at £36m, for the last accounting period we are ‘Under threshold, reporting not required’.

This statement is reviewed on an annual basis to ensure that changes in the business align with our company’s view on ethical business practices.

This statement is signed by the responsible Company Director dated 01 January 2026.
