Can I buy direct from you even if I don't own a retail outlet?

We operate on a business-to-business basis, working with retailers and merchants who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in helping to identify the correct products for your needs. We would advise you to search for a stockist near you using our “Stockist Locator” tool and make your product request with them.

How can I get access to an account and login details?

Click the “Create an Account” link from the Login page, the link for the Login area is located in the top-right hand corner of the page above the basket.

How can I see samples of your products before I commit to opening an account?

Please contact us to arrange for a Sales Representative to visit your retail outlet to discuss how we might be able to work together.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming?

Please contact us as soon as possible, if your delivery has already been despatched then amendments or cancellation may not be possible or may incur charges. If your order is still eligible for amendments, any changes which affects the minimum order value may incur carriage charges..

What happens if I have a product that is damaged?

Our products are guaranteed for parts and workmanship subject to fair and correct usage, please return your damaged product to the retailer you purchased the goods from or if you are a retailer, please contact us for further information.

How can I pay for my invoice?

Invoices can only be paid either by a BACS payment or by cheque, both bank details and postal details are listed on the bottom of your invoice, feel free to contact us for further information.
